About
We got tired of reconciling numbers that should have matched
SynkBase is built in Belgrade by a small founding team with backgrounds in business analysis, enterprise delivery and product.
We have spent years inside large enterprise programmes: pricing and quotation platforms, approval workflows, reporting. The same failure kept coming back. A term meant one thing in the specification, another in the implementation and a third in the report, and nobody found out until the numbers disagreed.
Every organisation we worked with had change control for its systems. Almost none had it for what its numbers mean. That gap is what SynkBase is for.
We are building it with design partners because the problem looks different in every organisation, and we would rather learn that from the people who live with it than guess.
How we build
Numbers you can check
Cost figures are arithmetic over your own data. If we cannot show the inputs, we do not show the number.
Nothing disappears quietly
A dismissed alert carries a reason and an expiry. A capped result says it is capped. A missing input is flagged, not zeroed.
Approved means approved
An approved definition does not change. A change is a new version, with a name next to it.
AI proposes, people decide
Models can suggest. They never set a definition, approve a change or produce a cost figure.
