We are looking for a small number of organisations where a changed business definition has caused a wrong number, unplanned rework or an audit finding, and who want it fixed at the source.

What you get

What we ask

  • Time with the people who own the problem: a first conversation, then regular working sessions while we build
  • Honest feedback, including when something is not useful
  • Access to representative definitions, with whatever anonymisation you need

A good fit

  • Definitions that reach board, regulatory or audit reporting
  • Work tracked in a ticketing tool with estimates
  • Manufacturing, financial services or life sciences, though not only

Commercial terms are agreed individually with each partner. We will tell you plainly if we think it is not a fit.
